New Country House, Dorset

A replacement country house and new garage complex was commissioned for this project. In particular, the house is on a steeply sloping site, whereby contiguous bored pile retaining walls were required to enable the new house to be constructed.

The house is a fine example of classic architecture, with traditional construction to create a house that is appealing to its surroundings and suitable for modern day standards and living trends.

The structure was designed with localised steel framing and timber partitions at first floor and attic levels, to allow for future flexibility.
